      • Based on your specific goals, this may entail a full fitness program OR we could build accessories, strength, gymnastics, or conditioning work into the programming you already do

Fitness Programming

    • For those who walk into a gym and instantly feel lost

      • This was me for YEARS - I have no shame in saying I thrive on specific instructions

    • For those plateauing

      • Perhaps you've hit a bit of a wall with your fitness - your strength isn't increasing, you feel gymnastics is impossible, or you're just constantly sucking wind with conditioning

        • I'll work with you to fill those gaps to get you that much closer to your goals!

    • For those who've been chasing a specific goal but feel it's IMPOSSIBLE

      • Maybe it's the ever-elusive ring muscle up or the scary feat of handstand walking

      • I'll build specific programming incorporating a variety of drills to help get you from point (A) to point (B)

Meal Planning

    • For those who feel confident with what to eat but HATE sitting down to plan each week

    • I'll do all the planning for you if you do the cooking:)

      • Fill out an intake form to cover off on your likes and dislikes and I'll pull together a plan including all your breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks for the week
